Site offers you fascinating learning process, built with modern technologies, and considered as convinient distant learning tool, together with real-world dictionary databases, quick testing solution, and community tool.
As opposite to existing eLearning systems, it provides you freedom of learning. Learn exactly what you don't know. Or most common.

Site has 2 names with a bit different meanings: Efficient eLearning = effele = Effective Learning. I like all name components one by one and all together: efficiency (good quality), effectiveness (good productivity), eLearning (distant learning), and usual learning (I also work as a teacher). I think I would not be able to learn foreign languages if the process was boring and ineffective.
I plan to collect here all possible effective methods of learning foreign languages, and may be even not languages (any ideas? I have some! ).
The only problem now that I'm being creating this site in my free time only.
I'm also AI fan, and think computers should be much more clever and intelligent, so I want to provide you with lots of heuristics on this site, making you completely excited.
